We found Mike Blank at a builder's show. We asked 3 builders to come and see our 1950's kitchen, hear what we would like to have done. and to let us know if it were possible. Two of the builders would not touch the complicated plans. Mike saw our vision and recommended a designer who he felt could design our dream kitchen. and offered us a price that was fair for the amount of work that had to be done. He assigned Clint to our home. Demolition of an entire wall and ceiling,opening the old kitchen into another room gave us twice as much space and the dirt was kept to a minimum. He incorporated a laundry room next to the kitchen by changing the layout of the basement entrance.No matter how many times I changed the plans slightly, Clint made it work without getting frustrated. We only had one day without being able to use our stove and one day without water because he knew that I had a family to care for. Our new kitchen is beautiful! I only wish that I had more pictures of the old one to prove the capability of MBC! Contact them for any job, no matter the size. I am confident that you won't be sorry.

Mike Blank did a wonderful job working within my budget to create a beautiful new kitchen. This was a tiny area and it was challenging to maximize every inch of space-- removing a closet and soffits and expanding a peninsula. He installed new cabinetry and fabulous granite counters, and added a wall of beautiful glass tile. His crew was on time, polite, tidy and respectful of my home. I would recommend MBC to anyone looking to have quality remodeling work done.

MBC just finished remodeling my bathroom and I am very pleased with the outcome. I had some ideas of how I wanted it to look, Mike listened, and I got exactly what I was hoping for. It looks beautiful and I absolutely love it. The worker assigned to the project, Tim, showed up bright and early each day with a smile and ready to go to work. Tim was kind and addressed any questions or concerns I had. He worked straight through the day and, at the end of every day, always followed behind himself with a broom and dustpan; in the bathroom, down the steps and finishing with the landing by the front door. Mike checked in frequently and was available to answer any questions I had along the way. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local company with quality workmanship.

Mike and his team helped us bring our 40 year old kitchen and bathroom up to the 21st century... We have a small home and considered doing a major renovation, moving walls, and even a second story, but decided we wanted to stay within our footprint and to maximize the efficiency of the space we have. While no one is perfect, MBC was perfect for us. Trish and Gerardo were the team at our house on a daily basis, and they were very respectful of our home while transforming our home in front of our eyes. Mike was also on sight on a near daily basis, and on the days he wasn't, he was reachable via email or text. This being our first renovation, we didn't know exactly what to expect, but we knew that things would come up as work progressed... we tried not to loom over the crew as they worked, but definitely noticed things at the end of the day. Mike, Trish and Gerardo were receptive to questions and preferred that things be brought up sooner than later so that they could be properly addressed. We heard several times that at the end of the project, he wanted us to love our new kitchen and bathroom. After Trish and Gerardo were done, Mike continued to be responsive in completing "punch list items", and stressed to call with any additional concerns. Working with a smaller crew and utilizing semi-custom cabinets definitely helped keep the price down, as our project was far more economical than other estimates that we received. We are very thankful for all the hard work that was put in, and certainly the finished product, and are happily cooking in our new kitchen. We are already thinking about our next project for MBC to tackle to continue making this our dream home.

MBC Building & remodeling renovated two bathrooms for me and helped update my kitchen. I am SO happy with the results! Matt and Mike were easy to work with, and flexible on all of the things that made this project turn out just the way I'd hoped. They let me supply and source a number of my own items, and their team were efficient, friendly, and skilled. Mid-project changes were never a problem, and any punch list/clean-up items were addressed promptly and with a smile. My bathrooms look amazing, and MBC warrantied their work for 5 years, which is fabulous. Many thanks to Mike, Matt and team!
